Meet Tyler Avera, the owner, and founder of Avera Accounting Services. With over a decade of experience in the financial industry, Tyler is a seasoned professional who is passionate about helping individuals and businesses not only manage their finances effectively but gain a better understanding of them as well.
Tyler’s expertise in accounting, payroll, and tax services is unrivaled. He has helped numerous clients navigate complex financial situations and achieve their financial goals. Tyler’s commitment to excellence and attention to detail is evident in everything he does.
Prior to founding Avera Accounting Services, Tyler worked in various financial roles, including several years as a Staff Accountant in public accounting followed by several years in the Accounting Department at Appling Healthcare as a Staff Accountant and then Comptroller. These experiences gave him the skills and understanding necessary to start his own business and provide exceptional financial services to his clients.
Tyler holds a BBA in Accounting from Georgia Southwestern State University as well as a BA in Business Economics from Armstrong State University. Tyler also lettered 4 years in baseball, 2 years at Georgia Southern University, and 2 years at Armstrong State University.
When he’s not working, Tyler enjoys spending time with his family, playing guitar, and playing golf. He’s also an avid Michigan State fan and can often be found cheering on his favorite team during football and basketball season.
